About me
I first studied Polonistics. In 2007 I defended my PhD thesis at the Institute of Polish Philology at the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. In fact, my interest in belles-letres has been always a result of my fascination with man and his creations. In both poetry and prose I’ve been looking for existential and psychological truths, that allow me to explore the secrets of human nature. My favourite writer is Marcel Proust.
In 2004, I completed postgraduate studies (with distinction) in forensic document examination and handwriting expertise at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. In 2008 I was sworn in by the President of the District Court in Lublin as a court expert and to this day I serve as a handwriting expert witness. I continue my family tradition as my late Dad, Stanisław Prymak was a handwriting expert as well (since the 1970s he worked as a graphologist at the Police Forensic Laboratory). I’ve been interested in graphology since my childhood. I was systematically introduced its methodological and practical secrets by my Dad. He said that “I had a good eye for it”, which meant I was perceptive and able to pick up very quickly the peculiarities of the manuscripts under study.
I am the owner of a successful firm that examines documents in Poland (contracts, holographic wills, poison pen letters, business documents, work cards, legible and illegible signatures, etc.). I’m also a certified forensic expert witness in 28 Polish district courts (including the courts in the largest Polish cities: Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Gdańsk and Wrocław). I have made thousands of forensic handwriting examinations for courts, prosecutor’s offices, police, border guards, law firms as well as companies and individual customers. I have also made many handwriting expert opinions and forensic document analyses in English for the clients of Polish origin living in such countries as: UK, Denmark, Netherlands, USA and Canada. You can trust me because graphology is not only my profession, but also a big passion. I devote my whole professional time to it and treat every case as a criminal puzzle to be solved!
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me and ask any question you may have! I look forward to hearing from you.
My fascination with handwriting research is also deeply intellectually motivated. I’m interested in written word and its comprehensive analysis. Actually literary research on a literary text and writing research on a handwritten text have a lot in common. I’m currently studying the manuscripts of writers and poets, using my knowledge of writing research in developing their psychological profiles holistically. I am also an amateur collector of art (I collect paintings of children) and I love to travel (especially to the Caucasus and the ex-Soviet Union countries).
